Our place is over in C V Raman Nagar 8. It’s a decent area, not too loud but close enough to everything. We’ve been working out of this office for a while now. It’s a simple setup with everything we need to get through the day. We don't really go for those modern glass offices you see in the tech parks. Ours is more lived-in, with stacks of blueprints and some old furniture that’s still holding up fine. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day I'm looking at land records, and the next I'm talking to a plumber about a pipe issue. That's just how it is when you're running things here. We know the streets around C V Raman Nagar like the back of our hands. We’ve seen the trees grow and the traffic get thicker over the years. We don't try to impress anyone with big talk. We just tell people what we're working on and when we think it'll be finished. There are always surprises in construction, so we try to stay flexible. Lunch is usually someone bringing something from home and we all eat together in the small back room. It’s a honest way to spend the day. We like what we do, even when it gets stressful with deadlines. Being at number 8 means we're easy to find if anyone needs to talk to us or just drop off some papers.
