We've been around Koramangala 3rd Block for a good while now. Our office is on 16th Main, right at 380. It's a busy spot but we like it here. Ittina Properties Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of people working on real estate projects around the city. We spend most of our mornings dealing with paperwork and the afternoons out at sites. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that's just how construction goes. Most people in the neighborhood know where we are. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate thing. Usually, you'll find us sitting around a cluttered desk with tea, trying to figure out schedules. The office isn't anything special, just a place to get work done. We handle residential buildings and some commercial bits here and there. It's a lot of coordination between contractors and people looking for homes. Some days are smoother than others. Traffic on 16th Main can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to time our site visits around that. We just focus on getting the walls up and making sure things stay on track. If you walk past 380, you might see us chatting with the neighbors or looking at some blueprints. It's pretty straightforward work, honestly. We've seen the area change a lot since we started. There’s always something new being built nearby. We just keep our heads down and keep working on the next project.
