We are based over in Basaveswaranagar, specifically at No.345, 1st A Cross. It is in the 3rd Stage of the 4th Block here in Bangalore. This area is quite a nice part of town, and we have been settled in this spot for a while. Being on the 8th Main means we are close to a lot of things, but our specific cross is a bit quieter. It is a good place for a property group to be. Our office isn't some high-rise office park. It is a more traditional building that fits in with the rest of the street. We spend our time looking at plans and talking to folks about houses. It gets pretty busy, but we do not have any fancy receptionists or big logos everywhere. It is just us sitting at our desks. Sometimes the Bangalore weather makes it hard to want to stay inside, but there is always a lot to do. We know the 560 079 pin code area really well by now. The neighbors are good people, and we see the same faces every day when we go out for coffee. We do not try to act like we are some huge international firm. We are just a local business in Basaveswaranagar doing what we do. It is simple, it is practical, and it works for us. We have been in Karnataka a long time and this is where we feel at home.
