We are based in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, right here in Bangalore. Our office, Iti Financial Services, is tucked away at number 22 on the 3rd Cross. If you know the Beml Layout 5th Stage area, you probably know the BMTC bus depot. We are situated right behind that depot. It makes it a bit noisy sometimes with the buses coming and going, but it’s a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We handle different kinds of financial work here. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks dealing with numbers and forms all day. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. Just a local place where you can get your questions answered without a lot of fuss. The 3rd Cross is a pretty standard street. We’ve been at this address for a good bit of time now. Sometimes the rain makes the road a little messy, but that’s just how it is in this part of Karnataka. We don't have a big marketing team or fancy brochures to hand out. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or by just walking past while they are headed to the bus stand. We keep things pretty low-key. If you need to drop off documents or talk about some financial stuff, you just come by. We try to stay organized but it's a real office, so there’s always a bit of paper around. The neighborhood is full of small businesses like ours, so we fit right in. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we don't miss any details. It’s a decent life here in Bangalore.
