We’ve been at our spot in Nagarbhavi for a while now. It’s a quiet area, tucked into Ngef Layout at G-1, No. 266 on 9th Cross. Most days are pretty busy here at Itgpro Support Services India Private. We handle support work, which means lots of phone calls and emails. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get things done. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes getting here a bit of a headache, but once you're inside the layout, it's okay. We have a small team. Everyone knows each other. Usually, we're just focused on sorting out whatever technical issues come through that day. It's not glamorous work, but it keeps us on our toes. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the local places nearby. We've got our desks set up in a way that makes it easy to talk to one another when a problem gets tricky. People stop by sometimes, but mostly it's just us doing our thing. The building is easy to find if you know where 9th Cross is. We don't have a big sign or anything, just a simple place where we show up and do the work we're supposed to do. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have backup. It’s just how it goes here in this part of town. We try to keep things moving along without making too much of a fuss about it.
