We are based in Apoorva Complex, which is at number 75 on Dinnur Main Road. It’s a busy part of R T Nagar. There’s always a lot of traffic and people outside. Our office is just one of the units in the complex. It’s a bit old, but it’s where we do everything. We have a few rooms filled with desks and old computers. It’s not a shiny new building. We’ve been here for several years. Most of our day is spent handling whatever comes our way. It’s a mix of different tasks. We don’t have a big team, just enough people to keep things moving. Sometimes the elevator in the complex doesn't work, so we take the stairs. It’s just part of being here. We don't do anything for show. No big posters or fancy lights. It’s a practical space for working. We get our tea from a small stall downstairs. Dinnur Main Road is a good place because everything is close by. We handle our business from these rooms every day. It’s a bit noisy with the street sounds, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just keep our heads down and work. It's a straightforward operation in a busy part of town. We just try to get through the work list each day and go home.
