Itc-Welcom Group

We are located at Fortune Select JP Cosmos, which is tucked behind Sigma Mall on Cunningham Crescent Road. This part of Bangalore is always moving. Working for a big name like ITC-Welcom Group means there is always something to do, but here at the JP Cosmos site, we try to keep things grounded. The building is right there in the heart of the city. We deal with guests coming in from the airport and people who are just here for meetings. It’s a lot of coordination. We spend our shifts making sure the rooms are ready and the kitchen is stocked up. It’s not always easy because things break or people get stressed, but we just deal with it as it comes. The road outside can get very jammed during peak hours, especially with the mall right there. We see a lot of different faces every day. Some of us have been working here for years and we know the shortcuts around the back lanes. It’s a job that keeps you on your feet. We don’t really use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the place stays running and people have what they need. It’s about being there at the desk or in the hall when someone asks for help. It gets tiring but we like the work we do here.
