Itc-Windsor Bengaluru

Our office is located in Flat L/2 of the Kailash Apartments. It’s right on the 8th Main Road in Malleswaram, which is one of the older, more traditional parts of Bangalore. People might think of the big hotel when they hear the name Itc-Windsor Bengaluru, but this particular spot is just a quiet apartment where we handle some of the administrative work. Malleswaram is great because of all the trees and the old temples, though the 8th Main can get pretty jammed with traffic during rush hour. The apartment itself is nothing fancy. It’s got tiled floors and big windows that let in a bit of a breeze. We have some desks set up in what used to be the living room and bedrooms. It feels a lot more personal than a cold office building. We make our own coffee in the little kitchen and sometimes we bring in snacks to share. It's not a place with a big reception desk or security guards. You just come to the apartment gate and find our unit. We’ve been here for a bit and we like the pace of this neighborhood. It’s slower than the newer parts of the city. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just stay busy with the paperwork and the phone calls. It’s a practical way to work, and being in an apartment makes the day feel a little less stressful for all of us here.
