Itc-Lrbd

Our place is in Bangalore, situated at the corner of 18th Main and 5th Cross. It’s a busy intersection, like most parts of this city these days. The office is right there in the heart of the action, so there’s always the sound of traffic and horns in the background. We have a small office where we manage our daily operations. It’s not one of those glass buildings in a tech park; it’s more of a traditional Bangalore setup. Inside, it’s a bit cramped with desks and stacks of paper, but we know where everything is. The 560008 area has a lot of history, and you can feel that in the streets around us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets for Itc-Lrbd. There isn't any fancy lounge or a breakroom with a pool table. We just have a small corner for the water filter and a place to keep our bags. People here are hard workers, and we don't have time for a lot of corporate talk. We just say what needs to be said and get back to the tasks at hand. Sometimes the Bangalore rains make the commute a mess, but we still make it in to get the work done. It’s a real, lived-in workspace where things are done the old-fashioned way, right here in the middle of the city. That is just our daily routine.
