Our place is called Madhav Niwas, and it sits in the Cooke Town area of Banaswadi here in Bangalore. It’s an old-school kind of building, not one of those new glass towers you see in the tech parks. We like it this way because it feels more like a community. We do a lot of tech work and software stuff, but we do it in a space that feels lived-in. There are a lot of trees around here, and it's a bit quieter than the main city center. We have developers and support staff sitting together, often drinking tea and trying to solve a bug in some code. It’s not always pretty. There are cables running along the floor and some of the chairs have seen better days. But the work we do is solid. We've been in Bangalore for ages, so we know how the city works and how to get things done despite the traffic. We don't have a fancy cafeteria, just a small kitchen where we heat up our lunch. It’s a very grounded way to work in the tech industry. Sometimes we stay late because a project is behind, and other times we leave early if the work is finished. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look, just that the job gets done right. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We are just a group of people who enjoy tech and working in a real neighborhood.
