We operate out of Flat 308 in the Roopena Comforts building. It’s located in Ngr Layout, which is part of Roopena Agrahara near the Madiwala post office. It’s more of a residential-style setup than a big hotel building. We use this space to handle the behind-the-scenes work for the hotels. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks dealing with reservations or administrative tasks. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because we are so close to the main roads and the traffic around Madiwala is famous for being slow. The apartment building is fairly standard, and we’ve made ourselves at home on the third floor. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby to greet people. It’s just a place where we get our work done. Sometimes we have meetings around the dining table because that's where the space is. It’s a bit informal, but it works for the way we do things. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just keep track of the details and make sure the paperwork is sorted out for the larger hotel operations. It’s a steady routine. We know the local shops well and often grab a quick snack from the vendors nearby. It's just a regular workday for us in this part of Bangalore. We’ve been here a while and the building has become very familiar to everyone who works in this small flat.
