Itc Hotel Windsor Sheraton

We are situated at C/6/4 in the P&T Quarters in Kaval Byrasandra. It’s a residential pocket of Bangalore, away from the big tech parks. People might find it a bit odd that we are tucked away here in the quarters, but this is where our administrative work happens for the hotel side. It’s a modest setup. We have a few rooms converted into office spaces. The desks are a bit old and the chairs don't always roll right, but we get the job done. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, except for when the kids are playing outside in the evenings. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff here for Itc Hotel Windsor Sheraton, like managing staff records or dealing with the supply chains. It’s not glamorous. There’s no big lobby or fancy lighting in our office. Just a bunch of us working through piles of paper and keeping things moving. We take our lunch breaks together and usually talk about local news or what's happening in the area. Being in Kaval Byrasandra means we are close to the local markets, so getting snacks or office supplies is easy. We’ve been here for a good while and the neighbors know us. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of office. We don't try to impress anyone with the decor. We just focus on the work that needs doing.
