Itc Hotel Division

Our local office is tucked away in Flat 503 of Ramaiah Mansion. We’re located in Pai Layout, which is part of the Benninganahalli Vidyanagar area in Bangalore-16. It’s a residential-feeling spot, so it’s not what people usually expect when they hear about a hotel division. The building itself is pretty standard, and our flat is just a regular workspace. We’ve got a few desks set up, some filing cabinets, and a table for when we need to sit together and figure things out. It’s not a place with a fancy lobby or uniformed staff at the door. It’s just us doing the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything moving. Sometimes the lift in the mansion is a bit slow, but we don’t mind the wait. We spend most of our hours here on the phone or working through spreadsheets. It’s a practical location for us. We can get to different parts of the city without too much trouble, though Bangalore traffic is always a factor. There are some nice small shops nearby where we grab lunch. We like the simplicity of this setup. It’s a quiet place to focus on the numbers and the planning without the noise of a big commercial building. We've been here for a bit now and it suits how we like to operate—low key and steady. Every morning we just come in and get to work on whatever the day brings.
