Itc Call Centre

We are based at Number 16 on Khazi Street in the Basavangudi area of Bangalore. This is one of the older parts of the city, so the streets are quite narrow and there are lots of big trees around the building. Our office is basically a large room filled with workstations and headsets. It is a call center, so the main thing you notice when you walk in is the sound of dozens of people talking at once. It can get quite loud, especially during the middle of the shift when everyone is busy. We have a lot of computers and the wires are everywhere, even though we try to keep them tucked away. The air conditioning is always running because the room gets hot with all the electronics. We do not have any fancy decor on the walls, just some clocks showing different times and a few notice boards. People work in different shifts, so there is always someone coming or going. The break room is just a small corner with a water cooler and a table where people leave their lunch boxes. It is a very functional place meant for work. Basavangudi is a nice area, and we usually walk out to the main road to get snacks or tea when we have a few minutes off. The building itself is older, and the stairs are a bit steep. It is just a regular place where we come to do our shifts and answer calls all day.
