It Point

If you find yourself near Bommanahalli 69/5, you’ll see our small sign for It Point. It’s not a huge place, just a few desks and a lot of cables everywhere. We spend most of our time looking at screens or trying to figure out why a piece of hardware isn't doing what it's supposed to do. The area is always crowded, especially during the rush hour when the traffic on the main road gets backed up. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, though there’s usually some background noise from the fans or someone typing away. We started this because we liked fixing things, and that’s pretty much what we still do every day. Sometimes people drop by with laptops that have seen better days, and we just see what can be done. It’s not always high-tech stuff; a lot of it is just basic troubleshooting and making sure things run right. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the local spots nearby, then it's back to the keyboards. The lighting in the back room is a little dim, but it helps with seeing the monitor details better. We’ve had some long nights here when a big project is due, but we usually manage to get home at a decent time. It’s a straightforward shop, nothing fancy or over-the-top, just us working in Bommanahalli to keep things running for folks in the neighborhood.
