Our office is located within the Ashsarya PG building in Mathikere. It is a bit of a unique setup because the building mostly houses students and young professionals who are new to Bangalore. We have our own dedicated area for Istq Solutions where we handle our daily operations. Mathikere is a crowded area, especially near the colleges, so there is always a lot of energy around. The streets are narrow and filled with two-wheelers. Our workspace is quite modest. We don't have the luxury of a massive office complex, but for the kind of technical solutions we work on, this suits us just fine. It’s a practical choice. Most of the team is young, which fits the vibe of the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time at our screens. When we need a break, we just step out onto the street where there are plenty of small shops selling snacks and tea. The noise from the road is constant, but you stop noticing it after the first week. We chose this spot because it is accessible and the rent is reasonable for a growing company. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, whiteboards, and a lot of cables. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or expensive art. We are here to work and get things done. It feels very much like a typical Bangalore startup environment in a local residential pocket.
