Istartha India (Opc) Private Limited is out in Holalkere, which is part of the Chitradurga district. It’s a different world from the big city offices. Our setup is pretty basic, located at Ganghadharappa T K’s place. We are right in the heart of the local community here. There aren't many big businesses around, so everyone knows who we are. The office is just a couple of rooms where we keep our records and do our daily planning. It is simple, with plain walls and sturdy furniture that is built to last. We deal with things as they come. The pace of life in Holalkere is steady, and we try to reflect that in how we work. We don't have high-speed elevators or fancy coffee machines. We get our water from the local supply and our tea from the shop down the road. Most of our day is spent talking to people and making sure the small details of our operations are handled properly. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans running at full speed. There is a lot of dust from the road, but that is just part of living in this region. We are proud to be working from Chitradurga. It is an honest way to make a living, and we appreciate the directness of the people we deal with every day. It is just us doing our thing in a small town.
