Istakapaza Private Limited

Istakapaza Private Limited is tucked away in JP Nagar II Phase. We are located at SujayKanth’s place, which is house number 10 on the 5th Cross of the 16th Main KSRTC Layout. It is a residential area, so it is much quieter than being right on the main commercial roads. You can actually hear the birds in the morning, which is a nice change for Bangalore. Our office space is basically a converted part of the house. It is a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have a few desks squeezed in and enough power strips to keep all our gear running. There is no big sign outside, so people usually have to call us to find the gate. The kitchen is right there, so the smell of someone making coffee or lunch usually drifts through the workspace. It is a very informal setup. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in glass rooms. We just sit around and talk through what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes we work from the small balcony if the weather is nice. It is a bit like a home office that grew a little too big. We like being in JP Nagar because it feels like a real neighborhood. We have got our routine down, and it is a comfortable enough way to spend the work week without all the usual office stress.
