Ista Bangalore

It might seem a bit confusing because the name is Ista Bangalore, but our actual base of operations is down in Pilathu, Dindigul district, Tamil Nadu. We are located on West Street, and the place is run by S. Sulthan Moitheen. It’s a long way from the big city life of Bangalore. Here in Vadamadurai, things are much more rural and quiet. Our office is basically part of the family setup. We don't have big glass windows or elevators. It’s a simple building in a village setting. Most days involve handling calls and dealing with the administrative side of things. Outside, you can hear the sounds of the village—goats, the occasional tractor, and people talking in the street. The weather is usually quite warm, so we keep the windows open to catch any breeze we can. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions for us. We are just a family-run business trying to manage our affairs from our home base. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of records in big ledgers. Sometimes the internet is slow, which can be frustrating when we need to get things done quickly, but we manage somehow. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. People here know us by name, not just by the company name. It’s just our way of life, doing business from where we live and being part of the village.
