Our office is located over in Thyagarajanagar, Bangalore, right on the second floor of the building at No-94/1. It’s actually tucked away in the same space as R Krishnamurthy’s place on the 2nd Main road in the 4th Block. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step when you come up. We have been here for a good while now, handling all sorts of facility tasks like cleaning, plumbing, and making sure buildings stay in one piece. It is not the most glamorous work, but it is necessary. Our team is usually out and about at different sites, so the office can be a bit quiet during the middle of the day. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a corner where we keep our tools. The neighborhood is pretty lived-in and has that old Bangalore feel to it. You can hear the vendors calling out on the street below throughout the morning. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets backed up, making it a bit loud, but we don't mind it much. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy coffee machines. We just use a basic electric kettle when we want some tea. Most of our day is spent coordinating schedules and talking to our workers over the phone. We just try to keep things running smoothly for the properties we look after. It's just a regular local business doing its part.
