Our office is tucked away in Mahalakshmipuram, right on the 8th Cross in JC Nagar. Bangalore has changed a lot since we first started, but this little corner of the city still feels familiar. We spend our days looking at processes and helping other companies figure out how to do things better. It’s a lot of sitting at computers and talking through problems in our small meeting room. We aren't the type of place with a ping-pong table or a fancy cafe; we just have a kettle for coffee and a few desks. It gets pretty busy around here with people coming in for training or consulting sessions. Sometimes things have to be repeated until they click, but that’s just part of the consulting life. We’ve got a small team that knows their stuff, and we don't feel the need to use big words to sound important. People come to us because they have a specific problem they need fixed, and we try to help them find a way through it. The traffic in Bangalore can make getting to the office a bit of a struggle some mornings, but once we’re here, we just focus on the work. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, which helps us stay concentrated on what’s in front of us. No 41 is where you can find us. We just keep things moving one day at a time without much fanfare.
