We are located on the third floor of the Sapthagiri Apartments, specifically in unit Tf2. This is in the Devinagar area of Bangalore, part of the RMV II Stage near Lottegollahalli. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the surrounding rooftops, though there isn't an elevator, so we all get our exercise for the day. Bangalore is a big city, but this little pocket of Devinagar feels a bit more grounded. The office itself is quite plain. We have the usual desks, some old filing cabinets, and a water dispenser that everyone gathers around. At Isg Novasoft Technologies, we spend a lot of our time staring at screens, so we try to keep the atmosphere light by joking around. It is not the kind of place where you have to wear a suit. Most of us just come in wearing whatever is comfortable. The apartment building is shared with families, so you sometimes hear the sounds of daily life from the neighbors while we are trying to fix technical issues. It keeps us from feeling too isolated from the real world. We usually grab lunch from the small shops nearby. It is a simple setup that works for a tech company that doesn't feel the need to be in a glass skyscraper. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure everything runs smoothly before we head home. The routine is steady and we like it that way.
