Isa Studio Structural Consultants is located at 54-71 in Vijayanagar, right on the Banasawadi Main Road. It’s a really busy stretch of road, so there’s always the sound of horns and buses passing by our windows. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few computers and some drawing boards where we work on structural plans. Most of our work involves figuring out how to make buildings strong enough to last. It’s not the kind of job that gets a lot of glory, but it’s important. We spend our mornings going over technical details and our afternoons talking to builders who are on-site. Sometimes we have to go out and see the construction for ourselves, which means dealing with the dusty roads and the heat. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk here. We just call things as we see them. The staff is small, and we’ve all been working together for a while, so we know how to get things done without a lot of talking. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where we discuss the day's problems. It’s just a normal structural firm doing its thing in a busy part of town. We don't have any big goals other than finishing the work we started and making sure everything is built right. It can be stressful, but we like it when a project finally gets finished and everything stands tall.
