Our office is located at 183-E in the SWR Quarters, very close to the MEI in Yeshwanthpur. Being near the railway hub means we’re always surrounded by the movement of people and trains. It’s a busy atmosphere, even if our specific office is just a small part of it. We handle things for IRCTC from this location. It’s not a polished corporate suite. It feels more like a workshop or a traditional government office in some ways. We’ve got stacks of files and a few old computers that have seen a lot of use. The fans buzz overhead while we work through the daily bookings and queries. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Yeshwanthpur is a loud, vibrant place, and we’re right in the thick of it. We don't try to make things sound better than they are. Sometimes it's stressful when there's a lot of pressure, but we just take it one step at a time. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the system inside out. We don't need fancy manuals to tell us what to do. We just know. If you need to find us, look for the quarters near the MEI factory. We’re usually there, drinking tea and getting through the paperwork. It’s just how we operate day in and day out.
