You can find us at 46, 1st B Cross in Vimanapura. This is over in the L.B.S Nagar area of Bangalore, postcode 560017. Being near the HAL post means we are in a part of town that feels a bit more established and maybe a little less frantic than the city center, though the traffic still catches up to us. Irctc has this office here to take care of all the railway-related tasks that come our way. It is a functional space at number 46, not some high-tech hub with bean bags and free snacks. We have got rows of desks, some old cupboards for files, and a lot of people who have been doing this for years. We spend the day looking at schedules, dealing with paperwork, and making sure the logistics are moving. It is a steady kind of work. The neighborhood is quiet enough, with mostly houses around us. We do not use any promotional language or try to sound like a big corporate machine. We are just a group of staff members who know the railway system and work hard to keep it organized from this side of Bangalore. Most of us take the bus or ride our scooters to get here. It is just a normal, everyday workplace where the job gets done without any fuss. We stay busy with the routine.
