Ipec Solutions Private Limited is located at No.993, a building we call "Vrushank". We are in the B.E.M.L Layout 3rd stage, which is part of the Rajarajeswari Nagar area. RR Nagar is a nice place to be, with a lot of trees and a bit of a slower pace than the heart of Bangalore. Our office is right there in the layout, and it feels very much like a part of the neighborhood. We spend our days inside Vrushank, mostly sitting at our desks and working through whatever solutions we are currently putting together. The building itself is sturdy and has plenty of light coming in through the windows, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. We have our little kitchen area where we make coffee and take short breaks. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, but we do keep ourselves busy. Most of the people here have been with us for a while, so we know how each other works. We don't have a lot of meetings for the sake of meetings; we just talk when something needs to be said. The 3rd stage of B.E.M.L Layout is a quiet spot, and we like that it allows us to focus on our jobs without a lot of outside noise. It’s just a solid, local place to work where we can get our heads down and get the job done.
