Peenya is the heart of the industry in Bangalore, and we are right in the middle of it. Our place is 472/B2 on 12th Cross in the IV Phase of the Industrial Area. Ipa Pvt. Ltd. has been around for a long time. When you walk into the IV Phase, you can hear the sound of the city’s manufacturing from every corner. Our unit is a standard industrial space. We have high ceilings and concrete walls that have seen a lot of use. We don't have any promotional flyers or a polished image. We just have our equipment and a small team that knows what they are doing. The 12th Cross can get pretty backed up with lorries, so getting in and out sometimes takes longer than we’d like. We mostly work on industrial products and systems that other companies use. It’s not the kind of thing you’d see in a shop window. We spend our lunch breaks sitting on the benches outside, watching the traffic go by. It’s a bit dusty and loud, but it’s where we belong. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office because we’d rather spend it on keeping the equipment in good shape. It is a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily schedule.
