Ipa Private Limited

Ipa Private Limited is based out of the Bhavan Institute of Management building in Vijayanagar 1st Stage. It’s an interesting place to work because we are surrounded by students and academic energy. Finding the office can be a bit of a puzzle the first time, but you just have to ask around. The area is quite busy, and parking is almost impossible most afternoons. We have a simple setup inside the building. No flashy signs or expensive artwork on the walls. Just desks, computers, and a lot of files. Our team is small, and we don't have a lot of formal meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be done. Sometimes the noise from the institute can be a bit much, but it’s better than being in a silent, cold office. We’ve been in Vijayanagar for a while and we know the local shops where we get our snacks. The work we do is pretty routine, and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We handle the paperwork, deal with the clients, and try to keep everything organized. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when the rains hit and everyone is late. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It's just us doing what we know how to do, day after day, in a shared space that feels like home.
