The office for Intutech Pvt Ltd is located over at Smile House, which is right by the Deepa Nursing Home in Marathalli. If you know Bangalore, you know Marathalli can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but we’ve been here long enough that we don’t mind it much anymore. We basically do technical work and help people out with their systems. The building itself is easy to spot once you find the nursing home landmark. We have a few rooms set up with desks and wires everywhere, which is just how these things go. Most of our days are spent sitting at the screens or talking to people about what they need fixed. It isn’t a very large operation, just a handful of us making sure things run like they’re supposed to. Sometimes we go out for tea near the main road when things get a bit too quiet or if we’re waiting for a download to finish. It’s a decent place to work because there are plenty of food stalls around for lunch. We started out small and stayed that way mostly because it’s easier to manage things when you know everyone’s name. The office isn't anything special to look at, just plain walls and some filing cabinets, but it gets the job done for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in through the door.
