Our office is inside the Sobha Daisy complex, specifically Flat 1091 on Margosa Avenue. Being in Green Glen Layout in Bellandur means we are right in the thick of things. Anyone who knows Bangalore South knows the Outer Ring Road can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour. We try to time our arrivals to miss the worst of it. Intrepid Tiger Technology Private Limited is basically a small team working out of this residential space. It feels more like a home than an office, which we actually prefer. We have desks set up in the main rooms and cables tucked under rugs where we could manage it. There’s a lot of greenery around the complex, so it’s not just concrete everywhere. We often walk down to the nearby shops if we need a snack or just a change of scenery. The security at the gate is pretty strict, so guests always have to sign in. It keeps the place quiet though. Inside, we just get on with our tasks. There’s no big corporate culture or dress code. We wear what’s comfortable and focus on the technical side of things. The flat has decent space, but it fills up quickly when we are all in. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls, just a whiteboard that’s usually covered in scribbles. We just try to get things right and move on to the next thing.
