Intoto India is tucked away on the 3rd floor of the Sri Balaji Complex. The address is 1710/28 in Prakash Nagar. If you know where the ICICI Bank is, we are right near there, which makes it easy to explain to delivery drivers. The building is usually quite busy with people going in and out of the bank. Up on the third floor, it gets a little more peaceful. We have a few rooms where we set up our equipment and desks. It is nothing flashy, just white walls and some old filing cabinets that we should probably organize better. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and answering emails. Sometimes the afternoon sun hits the windows just right and it gets quite warm, so we have to pull the curtains. We take turns making tea in the little corner we set aside for a break. Most of us live nearby, so the commute to Prakash Nagar isn't too bad. We've got a routine down now. We show up, check what needs doing, and just get to it. It is a practical way to work. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to answer it. It is a small team and we like it that way. Sri Balaji Complex feels like a second home after all these years. It is just a regular place to work.
