We have been operating out of No 38/B at the Taj Westend Hotel for quite some time now. Being on Race Course Road means there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle travel bookings and help people figure out where they need to go next. It is not a very big office, but we have enough space for the computers and the stacks of folders that seem to grow every week. Most days it is just us answering the phone and trying to make sure the itineraries are right. Sometimes people walk in from the hotel looking for a car or a quick trip around the city. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical space where the work gets done. The traffic on Race Course Road can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, so we usually get here early to beat it. My desk is a bit of a mess with sticky notes everywhere, but I know where everything is. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. If you are looking for us, we are tucked away in the hotel grounds. It is a nice enough spot with some trees around, which makes it feel a bit calmer than the rest of the city. We have been doing this for years and it is just what we do.
