International Travel Service

International Travel Service is based at No. 15, on the 3rd Cross of Dinnur Main Road in Kousernagar. We’re right in the heart of RT Nagar, which is a part of Bangalore that never really seems to sleep. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a small door with our name on it. Inside, it’s usually quite crowded with people asking about flight prices or how to get their passports renewed. We’ve been in this same spot for years, and the walls are covered with old travel posters that have started to curl at the edges. We don’t have a big corporate team or anyone doing marketing for us. Most of our customers come here because their families have used us for a long time. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking different computer screens to find a seat on a plane. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk with the customers until it comes back on. We don’t have fancy coffee machines, just a local guy who brings us tea in small cups twice a day. The street outside is always noisy with buses and honking cars, but we don’t really notice it anymore. We just keep working through the stacks of forms and tickets. It’s a busy, cramped little office, but it’s where we’ve always been and we like the rhythm of it. It’s just how we do things here every day.
