International Travel House

The office is tucked away in M.S Nagar, here in Bangalore. It’s not hard to find if you know the landmarks, but sometimes the traffic makes it a bit of a crawl to get to the door. We spend most of our time at International Travel House looking at flight schedules and trying to make sense of all the different routes. It’s a lot of sitting at the desk and talking on the phone. The room usually smells like the coffee shop from down the road because we go there twice a day. There are maps pinned to the walls, mostly because they cover up some marks on the paint, but they help us visualize where people are going. M.S Nagar is a lively spot. You hear the scooters zooming past and the vegetable sellers shouting in the mornings. We aren't a big flashy corporate setup. It’s just a few of us in a room with some computers that have seen better days. We handle a lot of paperwork, which gets piled up on the corner desk by the window. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need it most. That’s just part of the daily routine here. We’ve been at this Bangalore spot for a good bit now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a plain space, but it’s where we do our thing every day without too much fuss or any fancy stuff.
