International Travel House

You can find us at number 06 on 5th Main in the 2nd Block of Vijayalakshmi Layout. This is over in the Ayyappanagar area, right off the Devasandra Main Road in K.R. Puram. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, 560036. The International Travel House has been here for a bit, and it’s a lot of us sitting at desks talking about trips and schedules. The layout is mostly houses, so we're tucked in between our neighbors. It’s not a flashy office building with a glass front. We just have our space where we sort out all the travel details. People come in from Devasandra or the main K.R. Puram area to talk about where they’re going. It’s usually quite active because everyone has somewhere to be. We deal with a lot of papers and phone calls all day long. The 2nd Block is pretty easy to navigate once you get onto the 5th Main. We try to keep things simple and just get the work done. It's not like those big corporate travel agencies you see in malls. It’s more of a neighborhood spot where people know us. Sometimes the street gets crowded with cars, especially being near the main road. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bookings. It’s a regular office life here in Karnataka, nothing more and nothing less. We spend our lunch breaks at the local shops nearby. The office itself is just a few rooms with computers and maps.
