We are tucked away in Madiwala at Villa De Maria. If you have ever been to this part of Bangalore, you know the traffic near the bus stands is quite something. Our office is on the 1st Main at the 2nd Cross. It is a busy little spot. We spend the day on the phones or looking at travel schedules on our monitors. People come in wanting to go to different places, and we try to figure out the best way to get them there. The office is full of maps and old folders. It is not the most modern looking place, but it has a comfortable feel to it. Madiwala is a hub for travelers, so we see people from all over. The noise from the main road drifts in sometimes, but we are used to it. We have a small team here. We mostly just focus on the bookings and making sure the paperwork is correct. There is usually a pile of papers on someone’s desk and the sound of a printer going in the background. We don't have any fancy uniforms or a big reception desk. It is just a practical workspace where we manage trips. Some days are incredibly hectic when everyone decides to travel at once, and other days are a bit slower. We just take it as it comes. It is a simple life in a crowded part of the city, and we like being right where the action is.
