We don’t have gold-plated signs or anything like that. Inside, it’s all about travel plans. There are maps, schedules, and people on phones for most of the day. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but it’s a good kind of noise. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local chai stall and the best place to grab a quick lunch nearby. We handle a lot of travel details, which can be stressful, but we try to stay calm about it. There’s no fancy mission statement on the wall. We just try to get people where they need to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the printers jam or the phones ring off the hook, but we just deal with it. It’s a real office with real people doing their jobs. We like being in Bharathinagar. It feels connected to the roots of the city. If you come by, you’ll just see a bunch of us working hard at our desks, surrounded by papers and computers. That is how we work.
