International Real Estate Partners

We've been over here at the Supreme Overseas Exports Building in Jayanagar for a while now. Specifically on the first and second floors. International Real Estate Partners is what the sign says on the door. It's a busy spot on 7th Block KR Road. Most days you'll find us just sorting through paperwork or talking to people about houses. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we get things done. Jayanagar is a nice area to work in, lots of activity around the KR Road area. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. Some people stop by just because they saw the name and want to know what's available. We handle the usual real estate stuff you'd expect. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and other days it's quieter. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets a bit messy with maps and folders. It’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't trying to be some big corporate machine. We just like helping people find a place or figure out what to do with their property. If you're walking past the building, you might see us through the window or coming in for lunch. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. No big speeches or complicated processes, just people working in an office. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit tiring if the elevator is slow, but we don't mind the exercise. Most of our neighbors in the building are also just trying to run their small businesses. We’ve been here long enough that the tea guy knows how we like it.
