Interactive Spectrum

Interactive Spectrum is located in Subramanyapura at Aditya Arcade 281. We’ve been in this building for a good while now. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, but it’s a decent place to work. The office is where we handle all sorts of digital tasks. There’s usually a radio playing in the background to keep things from getting too quiet. We aren't a high-pressure corporate environment. It’s more like a group of friends who happen to be good at what they do. We have desks scattered around and a small corner for eating lunch. Most of our time is spent on computers, so we try to get up and stretch whenever we can. Being at Aditya Arcade means we are close to a lot of other small businesses, so there’s a nice community feel. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Some days are more productive than others, but that’s just how it goes. If someone needs help with a technical issue, we just pull up a chair and figure it out together. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this arcade, but we’re still here at 281, just doing our thing. It's a comfortable spot for us and we plan to stay.
