Intelli Search Technology Recruiting is a small setup where we spend our time looking for people who know their way around software and tech. It’s mostly just us on our laptops and phones all day. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on a difficult search. We aren't a huge corporate firm with glass walls and fancy carpets. It’s a more relaxed environment here. We handle a lot of different roles, mostly for tech companies that need specific skills. It’s a lot of sorting through profiles and talking to candidates to see if they actually know what they say they know. Sometimes it takes a long time to find the right person and it can be frustrating. We don’t use any fancy scripts or complicated automated systems, just regular communication. Most of our work is done behind the scenes. If you come by, you’ll see it’s just a normal office space with a few desks and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use every morning. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and we like the location. It’s easy to get to and there are good places to grab a quick lunch nearby. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to fill the roles that come across our desks. It’s steady work and we keep at it every day.
