Our factory is situated at 127-30/33 on Magadi Main Road in the Sunkadakatte area. It's a very industrial part of Bangalore, filled with workshops. Integral Labels is basically a printing house. We have big machines that run almost all day, churning out labels for all sorts of products and bottles. It can get pretty loud and the whole place smells like ink and paper most of the time. The office part is just a few desks near the front where we handle the orders and talk to customers on the phone. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny reception area with fancy chairs. Most of the space is taken up by huge rolls of paper and finished boxes ready to be picked up by the delivery trucks. Magadi Road is always busy, so getting deliveries in and out can be a bit of a challenge with the constant traffic. Our staff has been doing this for a long time, so they know the machines inside out and can fix them when they jam. We don’t really use fancy language to describe what we do. We just print labels that people need. Sometimes the colors don’t come out exactly right on the first try and we have to spend time adjusting things manually. That’s just how printing works in a real shop. We usually have a small tea break in the afternoon to get away from the noise for a bit. It’s a practical, hardworking environment where we focus on getting the work out.
