We are tucked away over here at 39/4, 7Th Main on CBI Road in Ganga Nagar. If you’ve ever tried to navigate Vasanthappa Block during rush hour, you know it’s a bit of a mess with the bikes and cars everywhere. Integra Micro Software Services Pvt Ltd has been in this corner of Bangalore for a bit. It’s a quiet enough street once you get off the main road, which is nice for actually getting some software work done. The office has a lot of cables running everywhere because we are always plugging something in or moving a server. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with ping pong tables or free snacks. It’s mostly just us sitting in front of screens and trying to figure out why the code isn't doing what it’s supposed to. Sometimes we take a break and walk down to the corner for a quick bite or some filter coffee. The building is an older one, so the stairs creak a little, but it has character. We have a small crew and we all know each other’s families by now. It’s a practical way to run a business. We aren't looking to change the world or anything, we just want to make sure our clients are happy and the bills get paid on time. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here.
