You can find us in Vasanth Nagar, right on the first floor above the Cafe Sagar Hotel on 8th Main Road. It’s a very easy place to spot because the hotel is a well-known local landmark. The office is always buzzing with the sound of fans and the clicking of keyboards. Since we handle computer systems, we have workbenches lined with parts, opened-up laptops, and monitors showing various diagnostic screens. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but there’s a system to the mess. We spend our days fixing hardware issues, cleaning out dust from old machines, and helping people get their software running again. Vasanth Nagar is a busy area, and being on the first floor gives us a good view of the street, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window. The smell of sambar and coffee from downstairs often drifts up, which is a nice perk of the location. We don’t have a big corporate structure; it’s just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. We take in repairs from individuals and help out small offices in the area with their IT needs. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, and other times we have to keep a machine for a few days to figure out a stubborn problem. We just talk to people plainly about what’s wrong with their tech and what it’ll take to fix it. It’s honest work and we enjoy the technical challenges of working with different systems.
