Institute Of Naturopathy & Yogic Science, Bangalore

We’ve been based out here in Jindal Nagar for quite a while now. Our spot is Flat No. B-05, right inside the Institute of Naturopathy & Yogic Science. If you know Tumkur Road, you know it can get pretty busy with all the trucks and traffic, but once you get into the institute grounds, it’s actually quite quiet. We spend most of our days working with folks who are interested in yoga and natural ways of staying healthy. It’s not a corporate office with fancy glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get things done. Most of the staff here have been around for years and we all just kind of know each other. Bangalore has grown so much, but this corner of the city still feels like its own little world. We handle the daily tasks, help people find their way around the campus, and make sure the yoga sessions are ready to go. Sometimes the weather gets a bit hot, but the trees around the institute help keep things cool enough. It’s a simple life here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just us doing our jobs every day. If you ever find yourself out towards the 560 073 area, you’ll see where we are. It’s easy to miss if you aren't looking, but we like it that way. Just a regular bunch of people doing yoga and naturopathy work.
