Instance Soft Tech Pvt Ltd

Our office for Instance Soft Tech is at 85/86 in BTM Layout 2nd Stage, specifically near Balepet Square on O T C Road. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you’re coming from the other side of the city, but we’ve gotten used to the commute. The area is always crowded, so finding a parking spot is usually the hardest part of the morning. We have a small office that stays pretty busy. There’s always someone on the phone or typing away at a keyboard. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we keep our lunches, though the fridge is a bit temperamental and sometimes freezes everything. We don't have a lot of meetings because we can just yell across the room if we need something. It’s a very informal atmosphere. Some of us have been here since the start, while others joined just recently. We all just muck in together. We have a few plants on the windowsills that are mostly dying because we forget to water them, but they add a bit of green to the place. The lights flicker sometimes, but we just ignore it and keep working. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive chairs. We just need a place to sit and do our jobs. When the day is over, we're all pretty quick to head out and beat the worst of the traffic. It’s been a long week and we’re all ready for the weekend.
