We are Insta Exhibitions and we operate out of Kalyan Nagar in Bangalore. Our place is at 420/2 on the 5th Main. Bangalore is a big, busy city, and Kalyan Nagar has its own vibe that we have grown to like over time. We spend most of our time dealing with exhibition stalls and displays. It is a lot of logistics, making sure panels and lights get to the venue on time. The traffic in Bangalore is always a problem, so we spend a significant part of our day just planning the routes for our transport trucks. We do not really do the whole corporate polish thing here. Our office is more of a workspace where we look at floor plans and sketches. It is often a bit noisy with people talking and phones ringing constantly. We handle the physical side of exhibitions, so there is a lot of lifting and assembly involved. It is not just sitting at a computer all day. We have to make sure the materials are sturdy and that everything fits together like it is supposed to. Sometimes we are working late into the night at a convention center to get everything ready for the next morning. It is tiring, but that is the nature of the industry. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure we do not miss any of the small details that make a stall work.
