Innovx Minds is a small operation, an OPC as they say, located in the Amazing Grace Apartments. You’ll find us at T8 on Doddagubbi Road, which is over in Kylasanahalli, Kothanur. It’s a quiet corner of Bangalore, and our office is basically part of the apartment setup. This gives the whole place a very lived-in, comfortable feel. We don't have a corporate lobby or anything like that. You just come up to the apartment and find us working. We focus on a few different things, mostly involving creative and technical thinking. Because it’s a small setup, we handle everything ourselves, from the actual work to the cleaning and the paperwork. Doddagubbi Road is a bit more green than the heart of the city, which we appreciate. Sometimes we see cows wandering past or kids playing in the street, which keeps things feeling grounded. We started this because we wanted to work on our own terms in a space that didn't feel like a gray cubicle. It’s a very personal way to run a business. We don't have fancy titles or a strict dress code. We just get the work done and try to stay organized. It’s a simple life here in Kothanur. We’re just trying to use our minds to build something useful while enjoying the slower pace of this neighborhood. It’s not perfect, but it’s our space and we like it that way.
