Innovsoltech IT Solutions is located in Mallasandra Village, which is just off Kanakpura Road. Specifically, we are in the Purva Highland complex, M Block, unit No. 1301. It’s a bit of a different vibe being in a large residential and commercial mixed area like this. We are quite high up, which means we get plenty of light and a decent breeze. Our work is all about IT solutions, so we spend a lot of time troubleshooting and setting things up for people. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The walk from the main gate to our block takes a few minutes, which is our daily exercise. We are just a small group of people who decided to set up shop here because it was convenient for the team. The area around Kanakpura Road is a bit more relaxed than the city center, though it's getting busier every day. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just have our workstations and a few chairs for when we need to sit and talk through a problem. Some days are long, especially when we’re trying to meet a deadline, but we usually manage to keep a good pace. We like the relative quietness of being in Mallasandra, away from the constant honking of the main city roads. It's just a regular office where we do our technical work.
