Our office is situated at No. 324, A Cross, on the 4th Main in Banashankari 2nd Stage. It’s a nice part of South Bangalore, right on K R Road. The area has a lot of old trees and a bit of a slower pace than the newer tech parks. We are over in Kareshandra, and it’s a pretty easy place to find once you get into the side streets. The building is modest. We do lighting stuff, so you’ll see different kinds of lamps and bulbs being tested around the office. Sometimes it’s a bit bright in here. We have a small team, and everyone knows everyone else’s business. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We don't have a big HR department or a formal dress code. We just show up, do our work, and go home. The desk chairs are okay, but some of them squeak a bit when you move. We have a lot of samples scattered around, which makes the place look a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk when the weather isn't too hot. It’s just a regular local business. We don't make big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the lights work and the orders are correct before they leave the building.
