Innovision Inc is located at 372 on the 5th Main in the 2nd Block of Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar, or RT Nagar as everyone calls it. Despite the modern-sounding name, we’re a fairly low-key operation. We work out of a converted space in this residential and commercial neighborhood. We do a mix of office-based work and service projects for various clients. The office isn't anything special—just some desks, computers, and a lot of coffee mugs. We like being in RT Nagar because there are plenty of good places to eat lunch nearby, even if finding a parking spot on the 5th Main is nearly impossible some days. We don't have a corporate dress code or a big manual of rules. We just come in and get on with whatever needs doing that day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a chance to chat. We aren't trying to be a global giant. We just want to do decent work and keep our clients happy so they come back to us later. Most of our projects come through people we know or small businesses in the area. It’s a relaxed place to work, and we don't have any interest in sounding more important than we really are. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure we don't miss any deadlines.
